1. COBALT OCTOATE FRP Grade

Description:
FRP-grade cobalt octoate has two metallic components, with their combined %age representing the active metal content. It functions as a cobalt-based promoter (accelerator) in polyester and vinyl ester resin systems used with MEKP catalysts. The promoter may be pre-added by the resin supplier or introduced separately by the manufacturer prior to catalyst addition. Its primary role is to accelerate the curing reaction, enabling effective room-temperature polymerization.
Applications:
- Drier for Solvent & Water borne Coatings
- Drier for Printing Ink
- As rubber adhesion promoters in solid phase.
- Accelerator for UPR system
Packing:
Mild Steel/HDPE Drums of 180/200 Kgs & 22/25/45/50 Kgs.
Storage Parameters:
Twelve Months in original container at Ambient Temperature.
2. POTASSIUM OCTOATE

Description:
Potassium octoate is soluble in organic solvents and oils and is compatible with other siccatives. It is used as an initiator in polyester and polyisocyanurate foam systems. When combined with cobalt-based promoters, it produces a synergistic effect, helping to minimize gel-coat discoloration. The use of potassium octoate can also reduce gel-time drift and provide potential cost benefits.
Applications:
- Catalyst for UPR/FRP
Packing:
Mild Steel/HDPE Drums of 180/200 Kgs & 22/25/45/50 Kgs.
Storage Parameters:
Twelve Months in original container at Ambient Temperature.
3. METHYL ETHYL KETONE PEROXIDE (MEKP)

Description:
Organic peroxides are inherently unstable and may degrade over time. To limit quality deterioration, a maximum recommended storage temperature (Ts max.) is specified for each product. For MEKP, the Ts max. is 25 °C. When stored under these conditions, the product will remain within specification for at least three months from the date of delivery.
Applications:
- Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) is used for the curing of unsaturated polyster resins in the presence of cobalt octoate accelerator at room and elevated temperatures.
- For room temperature application it is necessary to use MEKP togetherwith a cobalt accelerator (e.g.Accelerator).
- This catalyst gives much faster gel time required for GRP pipe manufacturing.
Safety & Handling:
Keep containers tightly closed. Store and handle MEKP in a dry wellventilated place away from source of heat or ignition and direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with reducing agents (e.g.amines), acids, alkalis and Heavy metal compounds (e.g.accelerators, driers and metal soaps)
4. PIGMENT PASTE

Description:
Pigment pastes are manufactured by dispersing one or more pigments and/or fillers into a paste resin based on a polyester-oligomer polyacrylate. This resin is obtained through free-radical polymerization of 50–80 wt% of one or more hydroxy-functional acrylic and/or methacrylic acid esters.
Applications:
- General Purpose Resin
- Gel Coats
- Ortho Pthalate Resin
- Vinyl Ester Resin
- Rooflite Resin
- Clear Cast Resin
- Boat Grade Resin
- Button Grade Resin
5. FIBER MAT

Description:
In contrast to insulation-grade glass fibers, structural glass fibers must have surfaces that are nearly free of defects to achieve high mechanical performance. The absence of surface flaws allows the fibers to attain tensile strengths in the gigapascal range. While defect-free bulk glass could theoretically exhibit similar strength, producing and preserving such material outside controlled laboratory environments is generally impractical.
Applications:
- Drier for Solvent & Water borne Coatings
- Drier for Printing Ink
- As rubber adhesion promoters in solid phase.
- Accelerator for UPR system
Packing:
Mild Steel/HDPE Drums of 180/200 Kgs & 22/25/45/50 Kgs.
Storage Parameters:
Twelve Months in original container at Ambient Temperature.
