Description:

ARIOXIME Methyl Ethyl Ketoxime (MEKO) is clear liquid, which is used in a variety of application. It is used for its properties as an oxidant, metal complexing agent, and versatile blocking group and it prevents skinning in alkyd-based systems.

Chemical Properties:

• Thermal Decomposition: Do not expose to high temperatures. 
• Thermal decomposition produces methl ethyl ketones, substituted amides and possibly other material. 
• Combustion is expected to produce at least carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and oxides of nitrogen. 
• Not compatible with strong acid, oxidant and alkalies.

Packing:

MEKO is available in 25Kgs. H.D.P.E. carboys or 190 Kgs MS Drums.

Storage Parameters:

MEKO store in cool, dry well ventilated area suitable for flammable liquid. Keep away from strong acid and oxidizers. Protect containers from physical damage. Keep upright and tightly closed. Do not reuse drums.
